We help lawyers strategically (how to set fees, how to gain visibility, what organizations to join, how transition clients to colleagues, etc.), and tactically (what to say to a client or prospect at a meeting tomorrow, how to follow-up, critiquing proposals, overcoming service or quality issues, etc.) Through individual lawyer coaching, we have transformed and reinvigorated the careers of many lawyers.
