Jessica Jaramillo: Account Manager
As an account manager at Alyn-Weiss & Associates, Inc. since 2005, Jessica Jaramillo has worked with both corporate-defense firms and plaintiff lawyers. She writes practice group and firm marketing plans, notably developing strategy for and then executing a number of highly-successful, tightly-targeted seminars and conferences from which her clients report developing substantive work directly and by referral. Furthermore, she works closely with lawyers to manage their professional online reputations through peer review ratings and directory listings. She has navigated firms through mergers and promoted the addition of high-profile attorneys in addtition to consulting with CLE directors at state bar associations on programming and wrote and produced an awared-winning brochure that won the much coveted Association of Legal Administrators Burton Award.
A niche expertise she has created is coordinating national public information campaigns – creating a regular flow of new cases by obtaining almost daily news coverage in print, on radio and TV. Her clients have obtained coverage in nearly every market in the country and on most major cable TV networks. Several have been profiled and covered in major trade journals.
Some of the country’s prominent women rainmaker’s have been profiled by Jessica in a series of articles she has written for The American Bar Association’s Women Rainmaker’s Group and can be seen on Law Practice Today, the monthly marketing e-zine of the American Bar Association. She has co-authored articles on social media for national law firm network publications
She graduated from Regis University where she earned her bachelor's degree in communication and focused on public relations and conflict management.
She is a member of the Legal Marketing Association’s Rocky Mountain Chapter, the Hispanic Bar Association and is co-chair of the Community Outreach Committee of the Colorado Women's Foundation's Empowerment Council.
