Lawyers Committee Recognizes Marketing Firm for its Support

DENVER - Alyn-Weiss & Associates, Inc. a marketing and business development firm whose practice focuses on law firms, has received the 2006 Special Recognition Award from the Colorado Lawyers Committee for "outstanding professionalism, commitment and support of the committee's mission."

The award was given at the committee's annual luncheon attended by 450 attorneys and supporters on May 24 at the Marriott Denver City Center.

The Colorado Lawyer's Committee (www.coloradolawyerscommittee.org), is a 28-year-old nonprofit, nonpartisan consortium of 46 Denver-area law firms dedicated to providing and increasing opportunities for children, the poor and other disadvantaged communities through high impact pro bono work. It currently has more than 15 task forces working on projects in the area of poverty and public benefits, civil rights, education, immigration community development and criminal law. Alyn-Weiss provides media relations support and writes the committee's annual marketing plan.
